The tasting room is located in the Red Barn adjacent to the farmhouse "with great views of the vineyards". This is a "fabulous place to enjoy a glass of wine or a bottle". It has a "refreshing and cozy atmosphere". This is a "great little place""to unwind and relax for the day". They have a "nice selection of dry, semi-sweet, and sweet reds and whites". The owners are"very informative of the wine specifics" and passionate about their craft. They harvest grapes at their peak, then ferment slow and cool to bring out their bold flavors and predominate aromas.
Silver Lake Cellars Winery and Vineyards is located in the heart of East Texas (between Grand Saline & Minela on HWY 80). They also have a tasting room in Canton on THE MOUNTAIN (across from “Dog Alley” on HWY 64). This is a "cool little place" with "great reds and whites" which is "about 8 wine varieties". Visit them and you might be able "love the Crushed Velvet" which is "like a chocolate-covered cherry". The owners are "very personable and friendly with good stories" to share. With "comfy seating" and "laid back atmosphere", you will "definitely be back" for a "good wine tasting experience, especially for East Texas".
Della Terra Farm is "a working farm and vineyard" located just a short easy drive in the country. Going to this "most picturesque place in East Texas", you will enjoy the rolling hills of far Northeast Rains County. As of 24th of August 2019, "after careful consideration", they have already closed their "public tasting room" and are now focusing on "retail wine sales". They will "continue to bake for coffee shops and cater to small private events". Check their website, contact them or send a message thru their Facebook page. "If you love our food, let us bring it to you!" are the words they want to convey.
