It is best described as a multi-floral wildflower honey. Some of the principle sources are several clovers, prickly ash, rattan vine, persimmon, and privet. It is generally a medium amber color and is produced mid April through early June. Most of the customers describe it as having a very unusual, floral flavor. Unfortunately, Boggy Creek Honey Farm has no physical store but they do sell it directly to the customers and to several retail locations in Mt. Pleasant, Texas.
