Celis Brewery

The Celis Brewery name is synonymous with witbier or “white beer”. The name Celis had gone through two iterations previously. Pierre Celis, the legendary brewer, built two breweries - one in Belgium and another in Austin - which ended in "Faustian deals” and forced Pierre to give up the breweries he built. Uncultured Ales
