With the help of Mr. Ted Herrera, a Coahuiltecan-Huichol, the farm harvest the happiest cows. Mr. Herrera does this by performing a Native American Ceremony and Ritual to all of the animals due for harvest. Every animal is blessed before life is taken away from them. The ritual removes fear and trauma from the animals, unlike in a regular slaughterhouse. They all die peaceful and calm. This is their secret to a tasty, tender, and profoundly nourishing beef. They produce meat that contains as many omega3 as salmon.
