Their heirloom vegetables include "winged beans and red Chinese yard-long beans, long Japanese eggplant, and Armenian cucumbers". They also have "Cherokee Purple tomatoes". Completely processed at a local USDA-inspected facility. Vacuum sealed and flash frozen before delivery. They also have horse quality Coastal Bermuda hay products, fertilized with Nitrogen and Phosphorous. They also have Artisan Wood Products handcrafted from woods found on the farm. These are all food safe but NOT dishwasher safe. There is also an available complete artificial insemination for all cattle.

The evaluation of a trained appraiser helps the farm regarding future decisions on breeding selection. And it also allows the farmers to get to know their goats better.
