Whistling Duck Winery and Vineyard is located a little “off-the-beaten-path” but once you arrived you will find that it is "certainly a gem". Their "wines are truly unique and each as wonderful as the next". The "2016 Viognier" is "semi-sweet with honey and apricot notes and a touch of effervescence". When you taste the "Chocolate Duck", it is "like drinking a chocolate-covered cherry" and the "aroma is so enticing, like that chocolate cherry, with a bit of muskiness added". These two are just some of the "unique wines" that you can enjoy tasting when you visit this place. They also have "a couple of food platters to go with the wine". You will truly enjoy visiting because "on scheduled Saturday afternoons there is live music and one can sit out on the porch and enjoy the music, wine, and scenery".

They have occasional concert series which you can attend and enjoy a "magical evening listening to great music, drinking fantastic wines and enjoying great food". They have "plenty" of "foods to choose from" such as the "Mexican buffet dinner". You can also just enjoy the "fried ravioli and the cheese plate" with your wines. You will enjoy your visit just seeing the "beautiful grounds" and there is also "a pond with a beautiful bridge which would be great for taking pictures".
