Butterfield Gourmet is a small “gourmet kitchen” that provides “sweet and savory treats” to a growing community. It was born out of a request from friends of the owner, Ruth Butterfield to cook for their families. The first years were spent catering receptions at schools, cooking weekly meals for neighborhood families, and experimenting with wine and appetizer parties at home. The business has grown into a specialty foods shop with a unique niche for home-crafted sweet and savory pies. Now, Butterfield Gourmet continues to serve the community by providing sweet and savory pot pies, cocktail nibbles, meals, salads, and more that are “made locally and created with love!” They also offer personalized gift boxes where you can select from their different flavors of nuts, crackers, cookies or bark/toffee to create a unique gift!

Zubi's offers dips and salsas that "made from clean, fresh, mindful ingredients."  These are plant-based and allergy-friendly, made in small batches but contain "big flavor"!  This business was started by Sarah Zubiate to introduce healthy food to her 80-year-old parents, without them being aware of it.  She concocted products as a replacement for "sour cream & jalapeno based dips and traditional dairy-based queso, and her parents loved them more than the originals."  And thus the Zubiate Family Food Products was born, where they wish "to share the sacred love of family, flavor, and passion via food."

They have been roasting the Dallas area's finest coffees since 1984 land they carry coffees from “all over the world”, including single-origin, blended, Fair Trade, organically grown, and flavored beans. Addison Coffee Roasters is proud to offer their coffees through several area specialty stores and espresso bars. The customers were obsessed with the “Peppermint Candy Cane flavor” they used to sell as it makes the customer happy! They have the friendliest staff that are knowledgeable and helpful. Turning Point Farm offers freshly grown and locally harvested microgreens. Carefully planned, meticulously grown and proudly harvested by local farmer Zach Kerr, he has brought to the market “the freshest and most nutrient dense produce year round.” Despite being new in the industry, the Turning Point Farm has quite a line up: micro basil, micro amaranth, pea shoots, sunflower shoots, and their mild and spicy microgreens mix. And watch out for what’s new from this farm, like their root crops, and a lot more up their sleeve!
