The 4^th Tap Brewing Cooperative is Texas’ first worker-owned brewery, and one of the first in the U.S.  It took the founders 6 years of planning, and they finally opened in November 2015. Today, each person you see making, selling, or serving their delicious craft beers owns a piece of 4^th Tap. The brewery is located in north Austin. The taproom was “designed to bring together [the] neighborhood… and share 4^th Tap’s love of beer, art, music, and much more.” And, wrestling is one of those “much more”. The taproom is open daily and there’s a wrestling ring in the back for occasional wrestling matches. “Party World Rasslin’” (PWR) is one of the special events aligned with their mantra “Brew. Share. Party. Repeat.” There are three “core beer line-up” and several others on seasonal rotation at the taproom. Some of the varieties come in cans and are available for purchase.

Founded in 2002, Oskar Blues Brewery is the “1st American craft brewery to brew and can beers.” They shattered craft beer convention by stuffing their voluminously hopped mutha of a brew, “Dale’s Pale Ale,” into a portable, crushable, infinitely recyclable can. They want to craft beer in can because it stays fresher for longer, and it’s easy to pack in and pack out on any soul-saving adventure. Oskar Blues Brewery is now operating their breweries in “Colorado, North Carolina and Texas” to provide craft beer in a can to all 50 states, Washington, D.C. and 17 other countries. Other offerings include Old Chub Scotch Ale, Mama's Little Yella Pils, G'Knight Imperial Red Ale, GUBNA Imperial IPA, Ten FIDY Imperial Stout, Deviant Dale's IPA, and other specialties.

Adelbert’s Brewery is an award-winning microbrewery in Austin. Established in 2011 and named after founder Scott Hovey’s brother, George Adelbert “Del” Hovey, the brewery imbues all its brews with Del’s spirit of adventure and love for travel. The brewery is proud of their hands-on brewing process which uses only quality ingredients, and several of their brews have won many awards. There are year-round mainstays, fruited brews, and limited releases; some varieties are available in cans. Check out their very informative website. They have a partner food truck for the month to cater to customers' munchies. Tours of the brewery are by request only.

Austin Beerworks' four co-founders believe that “beer brings people together”. To this end, they established Austin Beerworks so “people (will) have a better time”. Austin Beerworks beers are only sold within about 50 miles of Austin, but the brewery is gaining national recognition. They recently made Forbes 11 Best Beers list in 2018. The brand started with their first release in April 2011. Initially raising the eyebrows of craft beer fans by having them distributed in bold, attractive cans, it went from a startup to “growing by over 180% each year”. Today, they have “core four” beers - Peacemaker, Pearl-Snap, Flavor Country, and Fire Eagle. In addition, they have a rotating set of seasonal beers, and the Heavy Machinery seasonal IPA series. They also lay claim to a world's first - the 99-pack - a marketing gimmick to promote their Peacemaker "Anytime Ale". In 2016, Austin Chronicle dubbed them “the new official beer of Austin”. The Celis Brewery name is synonymous with witbier or “white beer”. The name Celis had gone through two iterations previously. Pierre Celis, the legendary brewer, built two breweries - one in Belgium and another in Austin - which ended in "Faustian deals” and forced Pierre to give up the breweries he built. The beer world mourned Pierre's passing in 2011. He is credited with reviving witbier, which had all but died in the 1950s. Celis Brewery “2.0”, essentially the third iteration of the brewery, is by Christine Celis, Pierre’s daughter. With help from outside investors, the brewery and taproom opened in 2017. Using her father’s original recipes, Christine recreated the beers that were her father’s legacy. She also introduced new ones that promise to continue the family name’s legendary reputation. Daytona Camps, Christine's daughter, joins her mother at the brewery. Like her mother, she is also a brewer having perfected her brewing skills around the U.S. and in Europe. Providing great handmade craft beer in small batches, Infamous Brewing in Austin was founded by a group of people who shared “passion for quality beer.” The team hails from a diverse background spanning multiple industries who have settled in ATX from other parts of Texas and from both the East and West Coasts. They were drawn to the craft and the excitement of the “ever-growing craft beer scene in Austin.” At Infamous Brewing, you can enjoy samples of handmade craft beers, such as “cream ales, IPAs & peanut-butter stouts,” before heading home with a shirt & pint glass.
