Located in the heart of Old Town Burleson, Old Texas Brewing is a 100 year old historic restaurant and brewpub that provides good food, cold drinks and the best local live music. They have a little something for everyone from House Smoked BBQ, Tacos, Southern cuisine, Burgers and the best Brisket Nachos in town. Born in upstate NY, Owner Josh moved to Texas and started home brewing almost immediately. After over a decade, he partnered up with Ryan Stewart and opened, the Parker County Brewing Company. Ryan began brewing 10 years ago and after perfecting recipes on his 10gal system, he made the official jump to be the head brewer of the company. In addition to their handcrafted beers, Parker County Brewing Company also makes the finest Neapolitan pizza in the county! All pizza on the menu are handmade using only the finest imported ingredients.

Located on the south side of downtown Fort Worth, Rahr and Sons Brewing Company opened its doors in 2004. The Rahr family started making beer in America in 1847 after William and Natalie Rahr immigrated from Rhineland, Germany to Manitowoc, Wisconsin. The steadily increasing population of European settlers created a demand for beer of better quality than “the typical kitchen brew” and William knew he was the person to fill the void. Today, Rahr Malting Co. produces and supplies malt and industry-related brewing supplies to roughly “90% of the breweries in the United States.” Inside Rahr and Sons Brewing, you can expect to line up for a pint of beer. Located in the South Main Village of Fort Worth, the brewery believes in “honoring classic techniques while also experimenting with new styles and terroir-based ingredients”. Owned by Macy Moore and Matt Hill, HopFusion Ale Works celebrates the craft beer experience. Both owners are passionate about innovation and art, and they’ve fused these concepts into each craft beer they’ve created. “Craft beer is about the experience”, they both say. With many passions between them, they came up with the idea of brewing beers for a living in December 2014. After many months of "blood, sweat, and tears", they began distributing their beer creations in the summer of 2016, and opened the taproom in November. In their beer brewing journey, they’ve discovered that “craft beer is… about community and friends”. To this end, they’ve built a strong following for their beers. Their honey vanilla blonde ale “Feisty Blonde” won medals at the 2017 and 2018 U.S. Open Beer Championship, among other award-winning beers.
