MondayDay Off!Funky Picnic Brewery & Café founders Samantha Glenn, Collin Zreet, Jenni Hanley, and John Koch believe that a picnic isn’t complete without food and beer. One can’t be more important than the other. This is why they have paired Head Brewer Michael Harper with Chef Josh Rangel. Delicious craft beer paired with amazing appetizers, artisan sandwiches, and desserts. Located in the South Main Village of Fort Worth, the brewery believes in “honoring classic techniques while also experimenting with new styles and terroir-based ingredients”.
What this all means is a variety of beers – 16 at last count – that cater to different tastes. Their menu, meanwhile, was carefully designed with a beer pairing in mind. So go ahead – ask them for a recommendation. Not a beer drinker? No problem – they have a selection of wines and hard ciders. There’s even a special kid-friendly menu and non-alcoholic beverages.
