It has a "refreshing and cozy atmosphere". This is a "great little place""to unwind and relax for the day". They have a "nice selection of dry, semi-sweet, and sweet reds and whites". The owners are"very informative of the wine specifics" and passionate about their craft. They harvest grapes at their peak, then ferment slow and cool to bring out their bold flavors and predominate aromas.
The Angelita Vineyard and Winery with their vineyard is located in Angus just 2 miles off I-45 exit 225, 45 minutes south of Dallas, just outside of Corsicana. You will "love the hospitality and southern charm" when you visit especially "if you enjoy wine" and want to have "a quiet relaxing experience". "Stopped here for a couple of hours" and try their own "Blanc du Bois Reserve that has a great flavor". Pair it with a delicious appetizer such as the "smoked salmon bruschetta" and it will be "well worth your time". Castle Oaks Vineyards and Winery is located in the East Texas Countryside of Athens, Texas and is the second winery to open in Henderson County. With "a quaint place and beautiful view of the vineyard", this is "a better place to unwind and partake in a great glass of wine of your choice". This winery in Athens, Texas is a " nice winery with good wines" such as the "Tempranillo and II Knights" which are "crowd favorites". "The owners are so warm & hospitable. They have created the perfect atmosphere of southern charm". They also have assorted tapas and bread and cheese platters to pair with their wines on Saturdays.
