Located between Belterra Village and Headwaters in Dripping Springs, Suds Monkey Brewing is a family and pet friendly, community nano brewery featuring a simple yet complex brews made with “love and passion for the art of the craft.” Suds Monkey is a lifelong dream of Greg Plummer, the founder and head brewer. Their goal is to offer great beers and an outstanding, friendly experience to their patrons in Dripping Springs.They have a casual warehouse tap room that offers fun for all. At Suds Monkey Brewing, you can chat with the locals and get the inside scoop on their own mascot, Suds Monkey. It is one of the best place to enjoy great beer and have fun with friends!

Located in Dripping Springs and open since 2011, Twisted X Brewing Co. proudly specializes in beers to share with friends and family. Using “high-quality, local products”, their beers have a “Texas-influenced, Mexican-style” that will make you “rethink how you view beer”. The brewery started out “with the goal of educating people how different ingredients can make complex beers”. Today, they continue to use the 3BBL system they started the brewery with, which allows them constantly to experiment and develop new recipes. The brewery provides free tours for guests to learn about their brewing process. It's at 1pm and 5pm on Saturdays, and 1pm and 3pm on Sundays. Drop by the brewery often. There's bound to be a new small batch beer on tap.

Blue Owl Brewing specializes in sour beers. That means this is the place to go to in East Austin if you like sour beers. The beers range from “mildly sour to puckering after every sip” sour. Owner Suzy Shaffer says she has had taproom customers “who don’t like beer (and) we’ve been able to convert people (to drinking their beers)”. Co-owner Jeff Young says their “refreshing, light beers” are perfect for Austin’s warm weather. Their taproom opened in 2015. The pastel furniture and décor is a perfect backdrop to the sour beers they serve. They have three year-round products – Little Boss, Spirit Animal, and Professor Black – plus a selection of seasonal offerings. Their canned releases  are found “in select cities throughout Texas and California”, with some limited seasonal bottles released from time to time. Quickie Pickie Cesar Chavez is “your go-to place” where you can eat, drink, grab a take away and shop. A "neighborhood institution for more than 2.5 years," has been newly updated to match the changes of Cesar Chavez through the years. This part-convenience grocery, part-café, part-beer joint can cater to anyone and everyone “morning, noon and night.” Quickie Pickie offers a “perfect East Austin vibe” along with a “great wine and beer selection.” Whatever the reason for every visit, Quickie Pickie got you covered: “fast when you’re in a hurry and chill when you want to hang out.”

Located in East Austin, Central Machine Works Brewery features a beer garden with family-friendly areas, food trucks, and a stage for live music. This East Austin brewery and beer hall got its name from the former tenant of the preserved industrial space, the “Central Machine Works” shop. The brewery came about after a group of Austinites fell in love with the space. Central Machine Works Brewery offers a wide range of beers from “American lagers, ales, and IPAs,” as well as some international styles like “kolsch, pilsners and English brown ales.” They also have seasonal beers and guest taps. They have a taproom that has a full bar and all of the drinks they offer are available on-site and for limited distribution.
