Using “high-quality, local products”, their beers have a “Texas-influenced, Mexican-style” that will make you “rethink how you view beer”. The brewery started out “with the goal of educating people how different ingredients can make complex beers”. Today, they continue to use the 3BBL system they started the brewery with, which allows them constantly to experiment and develop new recipes.
The brewery provides free tours for guests to learn about their brewing process. It's at 1pm and 5pm on Saturdays, and 1pm and 3pm on Sundays. Drop by the brewery often. There's bound to be a new small batch beer on tap.
