Shannon Brewing Company is an independent and growing craft brewery located in Keller, Texas that produces an “award-winning portfolio of all-natural beer.” They have great beer that comes from a profound commitment to an old-world brewing process, the best natural ingredients available and a very patient aging process. They crafts all of their beer the way it was done centuries ago — with fire using pure Texas spring water, whole grain, whole flower hops and a whole lotta love. The brewery engineered a one-of-a-kind brewhouse, allowing it to heat its mash and wort with fire, giving its beer a caramelized malt profile. John and Candy Townsend are the founders of Walking Beam Brewing Company, a nano brewpub in Bridgeport. Walking Beam Brewing Co crafts a variety of styles including several gluten-free recipes. John experiments with grains like millet due to Candace’s gluten intolerance. They also brew in small quantities so drop by often. To pair with the beers, the pub also serves pizzas and other pub grubs. "The food is good, the beer is cold, and the service is great". Also, "the prices are reasonable". "It is a family-friendly environment but also a good place to meet friends or watch a game and unwind". "The place is immaculate, the background music just right and not too loud, the tv's on the wall showing sports but no loud sports coverage for it did not come across as a sports bar at all". It is "definitely a family-oriented place that everyone in town should experience at least once or come back again".

Denton County Brewing Company is the brainchild of Seth and Jen Morgan. The husband and wife initially envisioned the brewery as “Denton’s second living room”, where Denton residents can “(hang) out on your couch”. These days, they call it Denton’s “adult playground (with) board games, trivia nights, delicious appetizers, and the coolest bar staff”. The brewery has been serving craft beers “born and brewed in Denton” since 2017. Besides their house brews, they also serve a selection of wine, sake, ciders, and beers from other local breweries. For $1,000, customers can buy a “Biersal”. With reference to German mythical folklore, Biersal members get a free beer for life. The “Augustine – The Extended Experience” at $295, meanwhile, gives members discounts to beers and early access to new beer releases, among other benefits.

It was a long road to opening their own brewery for Armadillo Ale Works founders Bobby Mullins and Yianni Arestis. The brewery finally opened its doors on June 1, 2018, but their story starts much earlier. It actually starts in 2010 when the resilient duo won a grant to pursue their dream of brewing their own beers. Brutal Beerworks owners Eric Johnson, Sallie McIntyre, and Jason Perez named their craft brewery after the “brutal” journey towards opening their dream business. Eric had been a passionate homebrewer and Jason is a professional brewer at another brewery. The two met, and with Sallie joining to do the stuff that neither wants to do, they were on their way to building their dream. Or so they thought. The dream took a “brutal” route including application delays due to the government shutdown. Fundraising and many other problems came their way. Finally, on Father’s Day 2019, they opened the brewery to the public and became North Richland Hills’ first brewery. The owners initially came up with a different name for Brutal Beerworks, but in the end, the name seemed fitting. Brutal, yes, but (or is it “and”?) it’s definitely good beer according to initial reviews. On a side note, Eric’s giving away free beer to the first person to give the original name they thought of for the brewery.

Panther Island Brewing is a family own and operated microbrewery that was born and raised in Panther City. It became a reality in December 9, 2014 with the support of friends and family.
