Green Hills Poultry, LLC is located near D'Hanis, Texas, about 40 miles west of San Antonio. They raise pastured poultry and specialize in slower growing breeds that produce a unique taste. David Jones started J&B Farms in 2001 as a fresh market snap green beans and cabbage business. Their headquarters are located in Hondo, Texas. This 10,000 plus acre farm is home to a growing beef operation. It also has a year-round vegetable growing division. It also has a commodity crop operation producing corn, wheat, milo and cotton.
