Raul Vergara, the owner of Austin Honey Company, didn't always have an interest in beekeeping. While he grew up with his father harvesting honey, he only started having an interest when his mentor and friend taught him the art behind it. He took classes in beekeeping, making him more familiar than he already is and eventually opened the farm. In 2012, Raul and Mark opened the farm. Since then, they have expanded their apiaries to six. Get their raw, unheated, and unfiltered honey today! All of their jars of honey are harvested straight from the combs to you.
