In her goal to carry on her Czech heritage and family history, the shop’s owner, Monica, banked on her grandmother’s recipe and practice of "using real ingredients" in all the products of Beeline Baking. She felt that "there were not enough authentic Czech kolaches in the area" and with that, she shared with her town "traditional fruit-filled kolaches from their family’s time-honored recipe." Something new that you should definitely try! You can even choose the flavor of your kolache from their selection of fillings. Aside from kolaches, a variety of pie and cookie variants are available. Each item they produce is "made from scratch" and "does not use corn syrup." Pies are for sale in 9-inch and single-serve sizes and cookies are sold by the dozen.
