The owners of Central Texas Olive ranch founded the business in 2009.
Back then, Curtis Mickan along with his grandson, Josh Swafford, decided to plant twenty-three thousand olive trees.
Due to old age, Curtis decided to retire giving Josh a chance to buy the farm and become the 6th generation owner of the farm.
John loved the fact that he can continue his granddad's legacy through the farm. He never thought he would be in the olive oil business.
