It is a family owned and operated two generations in the making, offering a variety of “artisan cheese” created from a rich Czech heritage. From yellow cheddar to white cheddar, black pepper to red pepper, they have created a flavorful artisan cheese using whole milk that all cheese lovers will enjoy. They also sell a variety of fresh pecans that are cracked and shelled on site in their own processing plant. For customers that would like to enjoy their own pecans, they offer custom cracking and shelling. During the Holiday Season, you can come on by and enjoy their selection of homemade candies and gift sets that will add a touch to your holiday. They make the perfect holiday gift!
