Rocking 711 Ranch raises Wagyu beef cattle on pasture and is grain-finished.  No antibiotics, hormones, or other artificial growth chemicals were used.  The beef are then processed at a USDA-inspected processing facility.  Buyers are also given the chance to choose beef from steers that are 100% full blood Wagyu, 75% and 50%, the quality of which varies in terms of marbling and flavor.  Rocking 711 Ranch offers its beef through its beef business Wagyuru, which supplies restaurants, butcher shops, groceries, and individual buyers in the Houston metro area.
