Connected by their passion for homebrewing and fling, Adam Caudill and Matt Barker are the owners of Flying Man Brewing Company. Their aviation-themed brewery is dedicated to beer and, of course, flying. Sporting a 1930s art deco look, the sleek taproom features a “custom 18-foot big ass fan”. Designed to cool the taproom during hot days, it reminds one of a plane’s propellers. There’s also a 12-foot “Flying Man” on one wall, a rendition of the brewery’s logo whose colors change via controls. The brewery opened in October 2017 and took over the site and operations of another brewery. The duo renovated the place to suit their passion and also has an outdoor patio. It is a "great spot, out of the way roomie, a great venue for musicians and they have the best mead" you will ever have.
