They start out by producing the Regular Creamed Honey and before it thickens they separate it to create other varieties like Blueberry, Blackberry, Raspberry, Hatch Chile and Cinnamon. There is no artificial flavoring added to these creamed honey. They only use fruit for the berry and chile varieties and an essential oil for the cinnamon.
