Utilizing the environment they are situated in to, they offer a variety of “homemade treats” that are “made with fresh ingredients and love.” Among these goodies are their lemon balm tea cakes, that is made from their own organic herbs, cranberry scones, olive tapenade, spanakopita that is made using their fresh dill, black bean and roasted corn empanadas, herbal oils and vinegars, “keto bomb pops,” fresh herbs and more. Besides the fact that all of their products are made with organic ingredients, most items on their menu are vegan and heart-healthy.

Boggy Creek Honey Farm

Boggy Creek Honey Farm is owned by Jesse Wright of Omaha, Texas. Their honey is dubbed as “Pure East Texas Honey” produced in Northeast Texas within 50 miles of Texarkana and Longview. It is best described as a multi-floral wildflower honey. Some of the principle sources are several clovers, prickly ash, rattan vine, persimmon, and privet. It is generally a medium amber color and is produced mid April through early June. Most of the customers describe it as having a very unusual, floral flavor. Unfortunately, Boggy Creek Honey Farm has no physical store but they do sell it directly to the customers and to several retail locations in Mt. Pleasant, Texas.
