Fallcreek Vineyards is one of the first vineyards in Texas. Started in 1975", it is considered the oldest winery in the Texas Hill Country. "A quaint winery" which is "located just north of Liberty Hill in Bertram off 183N and County Road 212". The owner is a "retired fireman, and you will find touches of former fire fighting equipment and artifacts throughout the tasting room". Siboney Cellars

Their name Siboney Cellars (See-Bo-NAY), was inspired by a beautiful old Cuban song written in 1929 by Ernesto Lecuona which is well-known in Cuba and Latin America. Visit them and try their Solo Lahey Vineyards Nebbiolo, "light and refreshing, tastes young, but is still full of flavor". It is "mildly spicy/peppery, with a nice tannic finish" which is "easy drinking and delicious". When you want to visit them, you can find them co-located at Hawk's Shadow Winery in Dripping Springs, Texas. You can also contact them directly to buy their 2017 Vintage Wines.
