Ramblin' Rodarosa is a Grass-fed Livestock Producer in Coleman, Texas. Proudly serving central and west Texas. Their cattle are free-ranging and grazing on native grass pastures free from hormones. Ramblin’ Rodarosa wanted to integrate livestock in our long-term management toolbox, and after years of improvements to include brush management, cover crops, native grass plantings, and livestock water development, they are ready to start raising baby calves to provide wholesome and healthy food to their community. They are a small cow-calf operation with a goal to provide direct to families and restaurants local, grassfed beef raised year-round on grass pastures, not just grass-finished, but grass-fed from birth to butcher. If you're looking to stack your freezer with some of the best grass-fed beef in the county then this is the place to go. Their beef is available as one-fourth, one-half, three-fourths or as a whole.

The Bryant Brothers acquired the land where Rockin S Beefalo currently thrives. Initially, this land served as a retreat, but they had grander plans in mind. They were determined to rejuvenate the land's former beauty, which had been depleted by previous farming practices. This undertaking was far from simple. The land had suffered from a ten-year drought, and even when rainfall finally returned to their region, it took an additional two years before they could introduce livestock. In 2012, they embarked on raising cattle and Beefalo, which naturally helped maintain the farm. It took another four years for seeds to finally flourish in their soil. In 2016, they achieved a significant milestone by processing and harvesting their first batch of beef. Their years of dedicated effort had unquestionably borne fruit.

Sorrells Farms Retail has been in business since 1977, being one of the wholesale markets’ major suppliers of pecans, watermelons, cantaloupes, tomatoes, jalapenos, and peaches. All these farm-fresh products are grown and harvested in their over 1200 acres in the heart of Comanche County in Texas. They work all-year-round to be able to provide high-quality pecans and produce for all seasons. For them, pecans are their passion, with some of the family members serving the Texas Pecan Growers Association and Texas Pecan Board.  Aside from the produce, Sorrells Farms Retail also offers gift selections, registries and has a large garden center as well!
