The Cedar Creek Brewery is a multi-awarded brewery and taproom in Seven Points. Named after the lake located in the area, it has come a long way from its humble start. Founded by former home brewer Jim Elliott, the brewery first opened in July 2012. Back then, it made do with second hand equipment. Some equipment had to be repurposed, including those once used in dairy production. Despite its modest, tight budget, the brewery proceeded to win a prestigious 2013 Great American Beer Festival gold medal for its seasonal Belgian Dubbel. Since then, with several other award-winning beers, the brewery has moved to its current location in 2015, quadrupling its original production capacity. The new location includes a large taproom and a café, the Plowboys Café, which serves lunch and dinner. They have a kid’s menu and welcome leashed pets in the outdoor area. Started out as a labor of love in the kitchen, Railport Brewing Company is a dream come true for its owners. It is the first family owned and operated brewery in Ellis County, Texas that produces hand crafted beers. They are brewing traditional style, “hand-crafted American, Belgian, and German Ales” in house. Their Flagship Brews are available on tap year round and they also offer “small batch and seasonal brews on rotating taps” in the Tasting Room. Every Saturday, they open the brewery & tasting room for you to enjoy their brews by the glass, flight, or take a brewery tour at a special price of $15.00. Brewery Tours include 3 brews of your choice from their Flagship Taps or you can select 1 of your 3 from their Small Batch and Seasonal Taps. Souvenir glass and complementary sample are also included during the tour.

Athens Brewing Co. is a craft brewery in the heart of downtown Athens. The Pierce family owns and operates the brewery, which is located in a historic brick building in the main square. The same family also owns Tara Vineyard & Winery, the oldest winery in Henderson County, and Tara Inn, an authentic circa 1880s house consisting of four large guestrooms overlooking the family’s vineyards. The brewery has usually about ten quality beers on tap, with new ones constantly being introduced. They bring back old favorites, too. The menu receives very positive reviews on review sites as well. “Blue cheeseburger was awesome… but the lava fries were by far our favorite!” There's live music on most Fridays and Saturdays, and there's a spacious patio where one can hang out during good weather. They’re kid- and dog-friendly, too.

Brotherwell Brewing opened in February 2018 to serve the Central Texas community with “locally crafted beer of the highest quality”. Founded by friends Jacob Martinka and David Stoneking, it aims “to bring Central Texans closer to the brewing experience”. True to its commitment to the community, the brewery regularly hosts events at the taproom. Once a “scrap yard” and a “tire jungle”, the spacious taproom played host to many fundraisers, a Shakespeare play, stand-up comedies, live music, and the Eastside Market. According to its owners, “bringing the community in… elevates the place more than we can by ourselves”. Currently with a 15bbl production capacity, Brotherwell beers currently can be found in other bars in Waco. Plans for the future include canning their own products. They don’t serve food at the taproom, but there are food trucks available on most days.

Dancing Bear Pub in Waco, Texas is a popular pub for locals and out-of-town visitors. They aim to “provide a great spot to converse with friends and family while drinking some great beers, ciders, and wines”. The pub doesn’t brew its own craft beers, but as “Waco’s home for craft beer”, they provide a rotating pub menu of 16 craft beers on tap and over 90 different canned and bottled beers from various craft breweries. Opened to the public in August 2007, they initially started with just serving drinks to bar patrons and providing growler fills. In October 2019, they’ve started to offer gourmet food dishes to accompany the lineup of craft beers. Dancing Bear owner Paxton Dove teamed up with an old friend and chef Brandon Bailey, and both plan to rotate the menu just as the pub does with its drink selection.
