Ben Milam Whiskey Distillery

Ben Milam Whiskey Distillery should include "women power" as an ingredient in their bottles. After years in the entertainment industry, founder Marsha Milam established Provision Spirits. She then named the distillery and its products after Ben Milam, a distant relative and a hero of the Texas Revolution. In 2017, without her knowledge, her head distiller submitted their single barrel bourbon in the 2017 San Francisco World Spirits. It went on to win a coveted Double Gold. The distillery repeated its win with a gold in the 2018 edition. In 2018, Marlene Holmes joined Marsha at Ben Milam as Head Distiller. Formerly from Jim Beam, she brings 27 years industry experience to the young distillery. Andalusia Whiskey Co.

Andalusia Whiskey Co. is a single malt whiskey distillery only sells their Andalusia White, Revenant Oak, Stryker, Andalusia Triple-Distilled whiskeys at their tasting room or at Texas retailers. The distillery was established by Tommy Erwin and Ty Phelps. They feed the spent grain to Ty’s livestock at the working ranch as part of their commitment to the environment. They also built a 56,000 gallon rainwater collection tank on the property. Tours at the distillery happen every day at 2pm. For groups smaller than 10, they don't require reservations.
