Edgewise Eight Brewing is “a startup brewery” that started operations in 2018. Founded by Barney Ellis and his two sons, Colt and Clif, the three family members were avid former homebrewers. Between them, they’ve been winning awards for their beers since 2016, including a first place finish at the 2016 Great American Beer Festival. In their website bio, they proclaim that they are “hell bent” on producing the highest quality beers. With the many awards they’ve won, it seems they’re on track.
