It’s included in "America's Best Beer Bars" by Playboy Magazine, maybe back when Playboy was still a purveyor of good taste. This is just, however, among many other accolades from different publications. With “thousands of scrawled messages carved into the wooden tables”, meanwhile, it has seen some of its patrons grow up. If the newer reviews on review sites are any indication, however, it’s going to be around for 50 years more.
