These cows are bred to registered Black Angus bulls which results in a calf that is at least 1/2 Black Angus. Many of their cows are 1/2 Angus which makes their calves 3/4 Angus. This is the same type of cattle as those in the popular Certified Angus Beef program. You can buy beef by the whole, half or quarter.
