SundayDay Off!Middleton Brewing is a 10-barrel brewpub in San Marcos, Texas that specialize in “small-batch, handcrafted Belgian, American, and British Ales,” perfectly suited for the Texas Hill Country. It was founded in the summer of 2011 by Kim and Dennis Middleton.They moved to Texas from California with the dream of opening a brewpub where people could enjoy a wide array of quality brews while enjoying all the “natural grandeur of the Hill Country.” Middleton Brewing strive to provide the community with world class beer in an inviting and laid back atmosphere. They brew an extensive collection of beers including “seven Belgian-style beers, five American-style beers, and two British brews.” In addition, they also offer a wide array of wine and locally made cider.
