In 2005, Sean and Lisa Frackowiak established Flying Pony Farm just outside Smithville, Texas. Since Lisa is a passionate advocate for sustainable and humane farming, she raises their pigs humanely in large grassy paddocks. Flying Pony Farm is home to a breeding herd of Gloucestershire Old Spot Hogs. Furthermore, more animals such as rescued cats, dogs, horses, donkeys, and a Jersey milk cow live on the farm.
Besides the vast range of various pork cuts, they also are famous for their homemade jams and jellies, and fresh turkey that are seasonally available. Customers can pre-order these products on a first-come, first-served basis.
