Established in 1984, the Indian Hills farm has been dedicated to organic farming practices since the 1970s, making organic principles an integral part of its foundation. By 2001, the farm achieved official certification as an organic farm.
At present, the farm offers an extensive selection of fruits and vegetables. Their range includes figs, pears, lemons, and persimmons, along with lettuces, eggplants, zucchinis, Asian cucumbers, and exquisite heirloom tomatoes. Particularly noteworthy are their sought-after tomato varieties, such as Brandywine, Cherokee Purple, Caspian Pink, and Mortgage Lifter, all renowned for their exceptional flavor profiles.
Complementing their produce, the farm also raises cattle, including purebred Angus and Devon/Angus crossbreeds. Maintaining a closed herd system ensures that all their beef originates solely from the farm itself, guaranteeing its authenticity and provenance.
