Stonewall is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) in Gillespie County, Texas, United States. The population was a bit over 500 at the last census. The city is most well known as being the birthplace of the former US president Lyndon B. Johnson. It has an average income of about $37.000 per family.
