"Very comfortable atmosphere, extremely friendly service" and the owners "are dog-friendly" too.  This place "specializes in dry, red wine" such as the Pinot Noir and Tempranillo but they also have white wines such as the "Howling Cow". Barnhill Vineyards is a "beautiful winery" that is conveniently located in North Dallas only 15 minutes Northeast of McKinney. "The property sits on 40 acres of lush land" in the small town of Anna, Texas. You will see "rows of grapevines, a small area where mini donkeys and horses roam, and there's chairs, benches, and cornhole outside". The rustic barn at your fairy-tale wedding is "gorgeous, constructed from bare wood that is simple yet strikingly beautiful". Their mission is to stay true to their commitment to sustainability and preservation of flavors through the natural process. Located in the heart of Dripping Springs and just off of Hwy 290, only 25 minutes from Austin. Bell Springs Winery is a "Lovely place, live music, wine is good at fair prices, people are lovely". You can try their Syrah from Oregon which is "full-bodied and flavorful". "Pleasant atmosphere, good wine, selection of cheese and meat trays available." Their winery location is dog-friendly and kid-friendly and they also have a Sidecar Tasting Room located in downtown Dripping Springs which is for adults only, 21+. "The tasting room is small" but they also have "a large open meadow with picnic tables and it looked inviting if you had kiddos".  You can also buy 12 bottles and receive a 15% case discount online.

Bella Vista Ranch

Bella Vista Ranch produces olive oils and wines. Designed to reflect a traditional Italian family farm and make 100% Texan olive oil. They are located in Webb County in the heart of the Golden Triangle and has 9,000 acres of prime trophy whitetail habitat. Their ranch is a "great way to spend an afternoon if you're in the Wimberley area". They own Bella Vista Cellars that produces a range of Italian varietals including Viognier, Dos Cabs, and Syrah. They have a "fantastic olive history lesson". The "wine tasting" is a "bonus". You can visit the tasting room to sample the olive oil, wine, and other gourmet foods available or take a tour of the ranch which is by appointment on most Saturdays. Call to make a reservation.

The Bending Branch Winery is "only 40 miles from San Antonio". They have won several awards including Top Texas Wine Award and Best Texas Winery FOUR years in a row. "What is unique about this winery is that they have Tannat wine, which is highly unusual" and is also "better than the Tannat from Uruguay, which is much stronger". You can also try their Rosé, Mourvèdre, and the Pic Poul or the Charbono, Sagrantino, and Souzão. Aside from being "pet-friendly", their "wine stewards" are also "friendly, polite and knowledgeable". "These people make you so comfortable and making sure you are having a Great Time".

Bent Oak Winery is "located in an industrial business park in the heart of Texas", just outside of Austin in Cedar Park. Their passion is to bring fine wine with grapes sourced from Texas and California, from the Dry Creek valley, slopes of Sonoma Mountain, high-planes of Texas to their back yard vineyard. Their tasting room looks like "a warehouse that is turned into a wine tasting place". "It is so comfy and cozy with great service and happy people". Bernhardt Winery is a Houston Hill Country Winery and vineyard located in the rolling hills of Plantersville just a short drive Northwest of Houston. Situated just 8 miles from historic Montgomery, Texas, the birthplace of the Lone Star flag and 17 miles from Navasota, the Blues Capital of Texas, and home to numerous antique stores, it is easily accessible to travelers. They have "delicious wines, chocolates and focaccia bread with oils". "They also have free events every Sunday and 3rd Saturday of every month". They have award-winning wines including the Chardonnay that is "very light and fresh" and the Conquistador that "has a unique smoky aftertaste that lingers on the tongue" which you will enjoy drinking on their "outdoor seating" that is "shaded and relaxing".

The owners of Big Rock Winery at 106 Private Road 1381, Morgan, Texas are really "so welcoming" especially to those who are wine tasting beginners. "Fun to talk with" and "very generous with pours" although "far out and off the beaten path but there are great signs to get to where you're going". Once you get there, you will see a "quaint and relaxing" place with "outgoing customer service". They have been producing and serving wines for more than 10 years. Visit them and experience one of their  "very nice tasting wines" such as the Vida Ria Roja Sangria and "some interesting blends" such as the Cabby Gone Wild and you will have a "great experience"

Bingham Family Vineyards

Bingham Family Vineyards is located at Meadow, Grapevine, and Fredericksburg and all offer "100% grown Texas grapes wine". The "Meadow location is a working vineyard and winery which only gives tours and tastings by appointment". The Grapevine tasting is found "with an art gallery next door" which is on "Main Street in Grapevine - Dallas near DFW Airport". You will be "amazed at the large size of their wine glasses" here. Do the "red wine tasting and loved all of them" including the "Dugout", "Tempranillo and Fine N Dandy". The Fredericksburg location is an "open, rustic, winery" located next to Yee Haw Ranch Outfitter on US-290 just on the edge of Fredericksburg. You will notice that the "woodwork interior is really beautiful and creates a very warm welcome". Three locations to choose that offer "solid wines with a great variety of grapes" that have also won many awards.

Black’s Fairy Meadery

Black's Fairy Meadery is a flagship meadery established in 2017 located in West Columbia, Texas. "It's worth visiting" to try one of their "great tasting meads" including Black's Fairy Traditional Mead, Black Current Cacao, Black Current Lime, or White Chocolate Strawberry. "If you like mead its a must-try" and "if you don't like mead, its a must-try!" Mead, or “honey wine” is an alcoholic beverage made by fermenting honey. "They don't have food but you can bring some in as you wish". "It is just a tasting room for the most part but they make up for it with a diverse set of choices" and they "make you feel right at home and the customer service is excellent".

Blue Duck Winery

"Blue Duck Winery has a new location in Cisco, Texas. "The owners will treat you like family".  They produced "interesting variety of wines" from their "vineyards in Cottonwood, Texas". They have "excellent wines and great wine tasting bar". Even if you are a "Chardonnay drinker" you will be "impressed with their Voignier and their Malbec". Their "Red Zinfandel and the Tempranillo" are "bright and flavorful" and "their cheese variety plate is great" too. Check their website for special events and live music nights.

Blue Epiphany Vineyards

Blue Epiphany Vineyards is "not your typical Texas winery". The owners are "all ex-police officers". They are located "in a mixed residential/ business spot" in the Conroe area just a short drive north of Houston. You will find "great scenery" and "they serve up amazing wines in a welcoming, friendly environment". There is a story behind each wine blend they serve such as the Escape Plan (Blend) and House Divided (Blend). Come and visit this place which is "definitely a hidden gem not far from Houston, with a great back story", "many board/card games", and "on top of everything, this place is pet-friendly" too.

Blue Lotus Winery

Winery in Seguin

Blue Lotus Winery has two locations. The first is "just 6 miles north of Seguin" and the other is located in Hye with a "nice hill country view". You can find numerous entertainment including board games, puzzles, life-sized chess set, and a giant Jenga set. The owners are "very friendly and knowledgeable about the wines, mead, and beer". They have "a great lineup" of "some funky wines" including Black Lotus, Golden Lotus, Tempranillo, and Viognier wines. "They have some of the best tasting Meads" too including "Blueberry, Minstrel (old style), Jalapeño, and Blood". Be sure to check the "different activities" on their website.

Blue Mule Winery

Winery in Fayetteville

Blue Mule Winery is a "small and quaint" winery located on a hill north of Fayetteville, just two miles from Warrenton. When you enter the room, you will see "vintage photos on the walls". You can try their wines from "dry to sweet" such as Cigar Box Jack and the Fair Lady which is an award-winning dry Blanc du Bois. There are also "frozen wine mixtures" including "Peach Bellini or a Sangria Slushy" which is a good choice since they "are super refreshing in the Texas heat". They also "served an outstanding cheese plate with summer sausage". The wines labeled with old family photographs of "family members" and with "great stories to boot" are also noticeable. Update: They now have a food trailer open from Friday through Sunday so you can now enjoy great food along with your wine when you visit on the weekends.

Blue Ostrich Winery

The Blue Ostrich Winery is a family-owned winery and vineyard, and is located an easy ninety-minute drive north from the DFW Metroplex - or an hour drive from Wichita Falls east on US 82. "This is a gorgeous winery with yummy wines and some decent snacks". "Their wines are great, especially their estates". There are available "white, red, sweet, and dry options" including the "estate Viognier" that "is crisp and clean" and the "Tempranillo" has "bold aromatic tobacco and herbaceous experience". You can also "take a selfie with an Ostrich". "The wines and the staff were fantastic along with the cheeseboard, but the best was the live music! They were fantastic and made the afternoon so enjoyable!"

Bluff Dale Vineyards is a "small winery" was founded in 2004 and is "rustic and inviting with a wonderful view of the vineyard". They produce award-winning wines including Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Sangiovese, Chardonnay, Moscato, and various blends. "Sometimes they have live music that only enhances the great wine tasting experience". To further enhance your tasting experience, "there are also small plates of varying cheese and other appetizers available to order". Their staff is "extremely friendly and knowledgeable about their wines". They also have "an adorable puppy who will play fetch with you during your tasting" which will make you experience the "most adorable wine tasting ever".
