"Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food" by Hippocrates is their guiding principle. The Murphy family who owns this place never use any pesticides, herbicides, or equipment when growing and harvesting their produce. They even pull their weeds and pick the vegetables themselves and upkeep the garden with just a garden hoe and shovel. They have much farm-fresh produce such as unique heirloom variety vegetables which you can check out on their website. You can contact them directly if you want to buy. You can also expect them every Saturday at the Amarillo farmers market.
