Borger city is in Hutchinson County in Texas. Borger is the biggest city in Hutchinson County. In 1921, the first panhandle oil well drilling in this area came into practice, but the poor quality of the strike led to the need for a rotary drilling rig. After Oil discovery in the area in 1926, this area attracted many people due to the opportunities in this city. This city will be later referred to as Booger Town due to the fugitives and criminals drawn here. On a later incident, the growth of this city slowed due to a drop in fuel prices. But in the 1960s, Borger had made its way in the production frontline.
